When will I receive my parcel?

If you select Next Day delivery and you order by 5pm Monday to Friday you should get your parcel next working day. If you select Standard delivery and you order by 5pm Monday to Friday you should get your parcel within 2 to 3 working days. The cut off for next day (next working day) delivery is 3pm Monday to Friday. orders placed after this cut off time will be processed on the next working day. ie orders placed after 3pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday If you select Collect for store you will receive a message your parcel is ready for collection,

Can I speak to a Human?

Of course. If you have a question, please just call 075493921395 9am to 5pm we are very friendly. Alternatively, just pop your question to us in an email to sales@mybowlsempty.co.uk We monitor the email 18 hrs a day and we will get straight back to you.
Do you deliver on a weekend?

Yes we deliver locally with in a 3 mile radius of B26 1NS over the weekend
When can I collect from store?

Once you have received your " your parcel is ready" message you can collect any time after 5pm and 10pm Outside of these times please call on 07493921395 and we will usually accommodate your needs.
Where are we based ?

We are based at :- 70 Brays Road Sheldon Birmingham B26 1NS We don't have a physical store yet but we do offer click and collects on an evening You can always call , text or WhatsApp us on 07493921395
